Searching for a part-time or full-time nanny can be a daunting task. If you need regularly scheduled care for a season, we can help. Our goal is to place the sitter who is the absolute best fit for your family. Once we have received your request, we’ll begin searching for the perfect sitter for you. And although we can’t guarantee that we’ll find one, our search is at no cost to you.

After we find a match (or a few), we’ll set up a time for you to meet with and interview the interested sitters(s). After that, we’ll email each of you separately to see how everything went. If you both agree to move forward, we’ll send an email confirmation containing the details of your regularly scheduled care agreement and an invoice for your booking fee via PayPal. Your booking fee is calculated based on how many days per week and how many total weeks you’ll be employing your sitter. Once we receive payment, your sitter may begin working for your family.

(Please note that Smart Sitters does not place sitters for longer than 16 weeks at a time for regularly scheduled care jobs. However, we can renew your regularly scheduled care agreement if your sitter continues to be available after the initial 16-week period or help you find a new sitter when it becomes necessary.)
